Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026. This site does not collect personal information. This policy explains what technical data is handled by the infrastructure that serves the site.
Nothing. This site has no forms, no accounts, no tracking.
Theyrenamedyou.org is a static HTML research site. There are no contact forms, no user accounts, no login systems, no comment sections, and no newsletter subscriptions. You do not submit any information to this site, and this site does not ask for any.
The hosting provider handles standard server logs.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers Assets. Cloudflare processes requests to serve the site and may collect standard web server data including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, timestamps, and pages viewed. This data is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy and is used for security, performance, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for those functions.
This site does not configure, access, or control Cloudflare's server-level logs. We receive no personally identifiable information from Cloudflare's infrastructure layer.
No third-party scripts, fonts, or CDNs. Every asset is served from this domain.
Everything this site loads is hosted directly on theyrenamedyou.org: the two open-source libraries it uses — GSAP for scroll animations and Alpine.js for the navigation menu — and its typeface, Lora. Nothing is fetched from a third-party content delivery network, from Google Fonts, or from any other outside server. As a result, loading this site sends no request, and no data about your visit, to any third party.
No analytics platform is installed on this site.
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no Heap, no Mixpanel, and no other analytics or behavioral tracking platform of any kind installed on theyrenamedyou.org. No data about your visit is sent to any analytics service.
This site links to public archives and international bodies.
Theyrenamedyou.org contains links to primary source documents in public archives, Senate treaty records, ICJ decisions, US government databases, and international body filings. Following those links takes you to external websites governed by their own privacy policies. This site is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external site.
You may request information about any data related to your use of this site.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with data rights laws, you have the right to request information about, access to, or deletion of any personal data collected in connection with your use of this site. Because this site does not actively collect personal data, any such data would be limited to infrastructure-level logs held by Cloudflare under their own data retention policies.
